Aggravated Common Assault

Mr Hofmann represented our client who was charged with two counts of aggravated common assault. Mr Hofmann addressed the court in mitigation of sentence and our client was fined $750 and was awarded a spent conviction pursuant to the s45 of the Sentencing Act.
