Butler Man Acquitted After 3-Day Trial in Perth District Court

28-year-old man charged with six counts of used electronic communication with intent to procure a child under 16 years of age to engage in sexual activity was acquitted on all counts after a trial before Judge and jury in the Perth District Court.
