Endangering the life, health or safety or another

Client pleads guilty to a charge of endangering the life, health or safety of another (punishable by up to two years jail) . Our Ms Millward provided the Court with a plea in mitigation on behalf of our client and he received only a $1,500 fine and a Spent Conviction.
