Client awarded costs of $9537 after prosecution by a city council was discontinued during a trial in the Perth Magistrates Court.

Gretta Draper represented our client in the Perth District Court charged with sexual penetration of a lineal relative. After the jury deliberated he was found not guilty and acquitted.
