- AO was studying at a Perth university as an 18-year-old, his first year away from his overseas home. He faced a serious  offence contrary to the Commonwealth Customs Act in that it was alleged that he intentionally imported  goods comprising child pornography. AO was found not guilty after a 5 day trial in the Perth District Court.
