My recommendation; EXCELLENT!!! USE THIS FIRM!!

I should start off by saying Curt Hoffman and his team are one of the most professional, down to earth, competent law firms I have had the pleasure of dealing with in Perth. Without a doubt, I highly recommend using this team for any serious criminal legal matters.
Curt Hoffman & Co. were my 4th that’s right, my fourth legal team to take on my case. I initially received very poor legal advice and was taken for a ride costing several thousand dollars by another well-known “top” legal firm. Upon receiving this advice, I chose to seek new council, this again costing several thousand dollars. I then fell on some very bad luck. Where-by my new council was appointed to the bar. Not once, but this happened twice. As you can imagine the cost’s involved having to bring 3 teams of lawyers up to speed is significant.
Finally, I chose to again leave that law firm and go with a google recommended law firm with a high star rating. This did not disappoint!
You see, by the time Curt Hoffman & Co. received my case the court appearances had concluded and only the trial awaited. Trail allocation date was 2 days before Christmas. That’s right December 23. If you can picture this, a serious charge of Aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm with only the trail day left and no lawyer. I felt very uneasy, stressed and anxious about the situation I was in. On top of this, I did the ring around and can’t say too many law firms were willing to take on a new clients trial and this close to Christmas.

BUT, from the outset Curt Hoffman sat with me and went through my case, he spoke to me on an equal level. You know the kind of no BS you want from your lawyer! I immediately felt comfortable with my decision and proceeded with his team. As I was very anxious about the ordeal at this point, he went through, in detail, on several occasions to ensure I felt at ease with the way things were progressing.
Day 1 of trial; Without going into the finer details of my case, Curt had selected the appropriate defence he also identified several aspects of the case that was inadmissible (thrown out due to relevance) in court. He was perfect on the day of trial, kept me calm and worked along side me with great results. After examining witness testimony, he cross-examined with spectacular confidence and determination to get the right results and let me assure you, he did not disappoint! He demonstrated that each witness and their credibility was questionable and quite literally raised the eyebrows of the judge.
Day 2 of trial; Finally, I was acquitted of all wrongdoing. Awarded most cost’s back (I would have received the entire amount if I had chosen Curt Hoffman & Co. from the outset) but as I had atrophied expenditure on several other law firms, I was left with an out of pocket expense.

My advice;
Trust Curt Hoffman & Co. from the beginning and let him work for you.
I consider myself very fortunate to have entrusted my serious, life altering charge with Curt Hoffman & Co. I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend them to anyone requiring the services of legal representation.
