Have you been charged with possessing or importing drugs?

Drug Charges – If you have been charged with drug offences our criminal lawyers are available to assist you. Drug charges can range from the possession of small quantities of drugs to trafficking in large commercial quantities of drugs such as cannabis, methamphetamine (ice), MDMA (ecstasy), heroin, GHB and cocaine. Minor offences will be dealt with in the Magistrates’ Court whilst more serious matters will be heard in the District Court.

Whatever the charge, a finding of guilty in relation to drug charges is highly undesirable. It is important that you speak to one of our experienced lawyers prior to speaking to the police and participating in a formal record of interview.
