Acquittals and Costs Awarded Following Trial

Our client was charged with being armed in a way that may cause fear and common assault in circumstances of aggravation.

 Mr Chris Sheehy appeared as trial counsel in the Bunbury Magistrates Court. Following an effective cross-examination of the prosecution’s principal witness, our client was acquitted of both charges.

 We also successfully applied for the client’s legal costs, resulting in a significant costs order against the prosecution.
