Client walks free after four day trial

Our client, a 22-year-old man charged with two counts of sexual penetration and one count of indecent dealing of a child between the ages of 13 and 16 years of age was acquitted after a four-day trial in the Perth District Court before a Judge and jury. Great result for our Ms Dowling and our client.
