Dangerous Driving Charge Dropped

Our client, a young man from the northern suburbs was charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm which Ms Millward successfully negotiated down to a charge of careless driving causing bodily harm. Our client received a four-month disqualification, a fine, and a spent conviction.
