Perth man charged with 63 offences of gaining benefit by fraud – fined. Our client appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court in relation to 63 offences of gaining benefit by fraud. After a persuasive plea in mitigation by our Ms Menagalio he was fined and ordered to pay restitution.
