Young Perth man receives 12 month conditionally suspended term of imprisonment in relation to a charge of sexually penetrating a child aged between 13 and 16 years old .  Our client took full responsibility for his actions and in turn was given a favourable outcome.

Young man successfully defends two charges of indecently dealing with a child under the age of 13 years after a three day trial in the District Court before a Judge and jury.

Following an early plea of guilty to a charge of contravening the provisions of section 233 BAB (5) of the Commonwealth Customs Act 1901 (importing child abuse material), our client was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for nine (9) months with an order that he be released forthwith upon giving security by a recognisance to be of good behaviour for the next two years.

Maddington man charged with child exploitation material offence receives 16 months imprisonment suspended for 20 months.  The client is obliged to comply with program and supervision requirements as ordered by the Court.

28-year-old man charged with six counts of used electronic communication with intent to procure a child under 16 years of age to engage in sexual activity was acquitted on all counts after a trial before Judge and jury in the Perth District Court.

Our client plead guilty to indecent dealings in relation to exposing himself to two high school students in circumstances of aggravation. At sentencing in the District Court, the man was sentenced to an intensive supervision order.

We just want to say a huge thank you to curt and the whole team. Our brother/grandson was in a very unpredictable and horrible position and we got recommended curt from a family friend and do not regret it one bit. He was very professional and used every tactic to help and stood behind us every step as we have never been in this situation before. You have lifted a lot of weight of all our shoulders curt and we couldn’t appreciate it more. Not all hero’s wear capes. Thank you!
