Our client, a 22-year-old man charged with two counts of sexual penetration and one count of indecent dealing of a child between the ages of 13 and 16 years of age was acquitted after a four-day trial in the Perth District Court before a Judge and jury. Our client, a young man from the northern suburbs was charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm which Ms Millward successfully negotiated down to a charge of careless driving causing bodily harm. Our client received a four-month disqualification, a fine, and a spent conviction.
